Shri Arun M Tallur, Director (Ex CGM NABARD)

Shri Arun Mangesh Tallur is a veteran development banker with over 40 years of experience in rural credit and agricultural finance. During his distinguished 34-year tenure at NABARD, he rose from Assistant Development Officer to Chief General Manager, leading regional operations across multiple states. His extensive expertise spans large-scale institutional development, Core Banking Solution (CBS) implementation, strategic credit planning, and serving on the boards of multiple Regional Rural Banks.
Crucially for the training domain, Shri Tallur served as the Joint Director of the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Mangaluru, where he spearheaded capacity-building programs for commercial, cooperative, and regional rural banks. He also holds five years of leadership experience as Vice President of NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) in New Delhi.
Shri Venu Salagundi, Faculty Member( Former Chief Manager, Indian Bank)

Shri Venu Salagundi has over 31 years of experience in the banking sector. During his distinguished career, he worked across six states Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu gaining rich and diverse administrative as well as operational experience. He has extensive exposure to key areas of banking, including Branch Management, Lending, Recovery, Inspection, and Financial Inclusion initiatives. His wide regional exposure, coupled with strong managerial and customer relationship skills, enabled him to efficiently handle varied banking assignments and responsibilities. He is proficient in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Shri I.V. Shashidhara, Faculty Member (Former Chief Manager, Corporation Bank)
Qualification: M.Com, CAIIB.

I. V. Shashidhara has over 37 years of experience in Branch Banking and Administration with Corporation Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank. He retired as Chief Manager after a long and distinguished banking career.
During his service, he worked as Branch Manager for more than 15 years in various Rural, Semi-Urban, Urban, Metro, and Coastal branches across the country. He has extensive experience in branch operations, customer service, deposit mobilisation, lending, recovery management, and overall branch administration.
He also served for more than 10 years in the Bank’s Administrative Offices handling important areas such as Credit, Recovery, and Human Resource Development (HRD). His administrative experience includes supervision, monitoring, staff management, and implementation of banking policies and procedures.
He also headed the Bangalore Staff Training Centre and was responsible for conducting training programmes for officers and staff members. He played an important role in designing course materials, preparing study content, and organising training sessions on banking and management subjects
Shri Umesh Murigeppa Guddad, Faculty Member (Former Senior Manager, Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank)

Shri Umesh Murigeppa Guddad has over 33 years of rich experience in the banking sector
with Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank, where he served as Branch Manager in various
capacities. During his long and accomplished career, he acquired extensive expertise in
Branch Banking, NPA Management, Business Diversification, Profit Planning, Resource
Mobilisation, and Risk Management. He has also contributed insightful articles on banking
and financial management to reputed banking journals. Widely respected for his practical
approach, leadership qualities, and strong field-level experience, he has been actively
associated with training and capacity-building programmes aimed at enhancing the
professional competence and operational efficiency of banking personnel
