Support for implementation of Core Banking Solutions
NIRB has provided Consultancy support to a District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) for implementation of Core Banking Solutions (CBS) along with handholding support for a few years. It has conducted Feasibility study relating to bifurcation of a DCCB.
Direct Recruitment Support for Banks
NIRB has undertaken direct recruitment of around 14000 personnel for the Karnataka State Cooperative Apex Bank (KSCARDB) and 6 District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) along with three other Cooperative Institutions.
Language Proficiency Tests for Regional Rural Bank
NIRB has also conducted tests for internal promotions and Language Proficiency Tests for Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
