International Exchange and Study Visits

At [Your Company Name], we believe that learning goes beyond borders. Our International Exchange and Study Visits are designed to expose Rural Financial Institutions and Cooperative Banks to global best practices, innovative models, and successful strategies in rural finance, cooperative banking, and institutional development.

These visits provide participants with unique opportunities to interact with international experts, observe real-time operations of leading institutions abroad, and gain fresh perspectives on improving their own systems and services.

Since 2000, NIRB has organised numerous reciprocal international study visits in partnership with the National Union of Cooperative Banks in Poland. In addition to these exchanges earlier, a study visit was organized for Directors of the Karnataka State Cooperative Federation to Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

In January 2010, delegates from the Rural Development Bank of Sri Lanka attended a specially curated presentation on the “Role of Rural Development Banks in India and Self Help Groups” at NIRB.
